ITS ALL ABOUT RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS
Creditwrench concerns how to deal with collection agencies without giving up your rights. They're not selling magic. The only way out of your credit problems is to pay your creditors. But they may help you keep the collections vermin in line with the law.
Bill StClair and untold numbers of other good folks such as Dan Meador ,Gene Chapman, Pat Patton, Irwin Schiff, who is very famous for his tax protests, Thurston Bell, Larkin Rose, and Also by Larkin Rose, Larry Becraft, Bob Schulz, indeed multitudes of other researchers and journalists, many of whom are good friends and acquaintances of mine are deeply involved in exactly the same fight that I am, the difference being the battlefield upon which each of us has chosen to take our respective stands.
They have chosen to fight for right and freedom and liberty from oppression on the battlefield of taxation and I upon the battlefield of oppression and abusiveness in debt collection.
Most so called "tax protestors" do not rail against paying taxes but rather against the oppressive methods often used to collect the taxes which we all know we must pay in order to enjoy our freedoms, our liberties, our rights and the benefits we all derive in our daily lives from having paid
those taxes.
Likewise, I do not rail against paying one's lawful debts and neither does anyone else I know of. Just like taxes which we all know that we must pay our fair share of, debts must also be paid.
What both the tax protestors and I rail against is the all too often methods of collection used by those whose job it is to collect either one. So we are all in the same boat so to speak.
One of Bill StClair's comments most certainly does hit the proverbial
nail right on the head. He says that we are not selling magic which, of course we are not doing. There is no magic silver bullet that will slay all the debt collectors, nor for that matter even the worst of them.
Neither are there any magic bullets that will slay the tax collector. Well, anyway without committing the crime of actual murder. (LOL)
But even that would not put an end to the present system of collecting taxes.
Bill StClair makes the point "The only way out of your credit problems is to pay your creditors."
That is exactly the same as saying that the only way to keep out of problems with the tax collector is to pay your taxes!
I've learned an awful lot from the tax protestors such as Bill StClair and many more. One of the things that I have learned is that whether or not they recogonize the fact, what they are actually doing is attempting to change the subject or topic of conversation with the tax collector from one which they cannot win to one which they someday hope to be able to win.
And that simple analyzation of what they are doing is one of the cornerstones of what I teach in my methods. We all know that we most usually cannot hope to argue about the debts we owe so if we are not in a postion to pay for whatever reason then we must learn to argue about something we can hope to win. Just like the tax protestors , we must learn to change the topic of conversation from one we can only hope to lose to one we can win.
That topic can realistically only be about why did you break the law and violate my rights? When that occurs, which it always does, the shoe is now on the other foot and it is the debt collector who cannot win and it is he who must be made to pay for his violations of the law and our rights. That we can do fairly easily.
So, in net effect tax protestors and debtors alike are in exactly the same handbasket.
With that in mind I say to all those in the tax movement who have blogs we must stick together, trade links and display them prominitely for the very simple reason that the only way to accomplish our goals is to get our message out to the public by whatever means necessary and I have proven quite conclusively that one of the most viable ways to do that quickly and efficiently is through these weblogs and linking because doing so gets almost instant attention on the internet and in the places we all need to be to get maximum results and public exposure.
With that I will conclude today's rant with the offier that if you carry a link to this site on your website or your weblog I will also reciprocate with a link to your weblog or website and that is one of the keys to getting the best and quickest results out of the Engines we all want to carry our listings.
In otherwords, you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours.
There are other types of crusaders out there who could also benefit from blogging and linking too. One of those is the J.A.I.L. for judges legislative initiative attempts that are now nationwide and growing strongly. I am also a member of that group and they sure could use the benefits of blogging as well.
